Sebastian River Medical Center owns and operates two licensed/Medicare certified agencies. The agency located in Barefoot Bay serves Brevard County. The agency in Sebastian serves Indian River County. Sebastian River Home Health provides nursing, aides, social workers, physical/occupational/speech therapist. Our home care services are as individualized as the patients we serve.

Caring for you or your loved one at home, as directed by your physician, is our mission. We are nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, medical social workers, and aides, all dedicated to the goal of helping people. We are teachers. Eligibility

Who Qualifies for Home Health Care?

Under Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, any individual who is “home bound” and needs skilled care on an intermittent basis is eligible to receive services. Other payer's guidelines are subject o the individual policy.
