Admissions

Pinnacle accepts admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our admissions office will work closely with you to make the admission process to Pinnacle a smooth and pleasant experience. The Admissions Team will be glad to discuss any questions or issues you may have. Facility tours are available at your convenience.

Medicare and Medicaid coverage and many private insurances and HMOs are accepted. We also welcome private pay patients. Our admissions team would be glad to help answer any questions you may have.

Our social services team assists residents and their families during the periods of transition by providing essential information, managing requests and concerns, helping develop care plans and assisting with discharge planning as needed.

Short Term Rehabilitation

The goal of Pinnacle’s team is to facilitate recovery and help our residents regain skills and confidence needed to reach their highest functional level. We utilize an interdisciplinary team approach to address each resident’s goals and promote a smooth transition back to the community whenever possible.

Our beautifully decorated state of the art rehab department is staffed by a team of top rated physical, occupational and speech therapists.

Our facility is designed with your comfort in mind. We offer comfortable private and semi private rooms. Our rooms are furnished with late-model electric beds featuring an easy-access call bell for assistance. We offer cable and telephone services, remote flat screen TVs and wireless internet.

We believe that an enhanced lifestyle and environment plays an integral role in residents’ state of health and well being. We have a luxurious lobby, lounge and sitting areas and an on site beauty salon/barber.
