Our conscientious caregivers will reliably come to your home. Their “Caring Hearts and Helping Hands” will smooth your way with house-cleaning, laundry help, grocery shopping, personal care, minor home repairs. We'll do all we can to make your life easier.
After ten years, you've asked and we're answering. We've added house-cleaning and minor home repairs to our list of services. In the event of a hospitalization, we can have an RN visit you at the hospital and be an active participant in your discharge planning.
Our Care Co-Ordinator, our Community Outreach, our Administrative Staff, and our Human Resources all work together to provide you with the best “match” in caregiving. Our RNs oversee all caregiver training and client care, from the initial assessment and throughout the duration of the service visits.
Facilitated by our Social Worker and working in affiliation with the Alzheimer's Association, our support group meets monthly to help people connect and share. From education, to coping strategies, to camaraderie, this group has been invaluable to many in our community.
