About Us

NCH Medical Group has partnered with Northwest Community Hospital to create a new coordinated healthcare system.  This system is designed to deliver positive experiences for you with every interaction — at our medical offices, outpatient clinics, and the hospital.

We are dedicated to providing our patients personalized attention from board-certified primary care and specialty physicians belonging to NCH Medical Group, and access to nationally recognized specialists at Northwest Community Hospital.  Our collaborative approach ensures you receive the best care and optimum choice.

Internal Medicine

Doctors of internal medicine, also commonly referred to as “internists” are specially educated and trained on the prevention and treatment of adult diseases. At least three of their seven or more years of medical school and postgraduate training are dedicated to learning how to prevent, diagnose, and treat disease that affect adults.

Our Internists will solve your common or rare, simple or complex, diagnostic problems. They treat chronic illnesses and situations where several different illnesses may be present at the same time. Your internist is expert in women’s and men’s health, substance abuse, mental health, and effective treatment of common problems of the eyes, ears, skin, nervous system, and reproductive organs. Equally important, they help you prevent disease and promote your good health.

Chiropractic Services

Chiropractic care focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure, primarily the spine, and its functioning. Although practitioners may use a variety of treatment approaches, they primarily perform adjustments to the spine or other parts of the body with the goal of correcting alignment problems, alleviating pain, improving function, and supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Chiropractic practitioners must meet state licensing and continuing education requirements.  All states require completion of a Doctor of Chiropractic degree program at a properly accredited college.
