Contrast Compression Therapy

Contrast Compression Therapy units provide sustained cold/heat/compression therapy to reduce pain, swelling and inflammation. MD Orthopedics Inc. offers contrast compression therapy units that assist with your painmanagement and is covered by most PPO healthinsurance and workers compensation.

TemperatureControlled Therapy

The VitalWrap provides a Hot/Cold compression therapysystem used in temperature controlled therapy. It wasdesigned to allow the application of thermal therapy forextended periods, which may be used as a drug-free way toreduce pain. This unit is available for purchase and has padsfor all body parts.

CPM

After surgery, Continuous Passive Motion Machines,or CPM units, will continuously exercise the affectedjoint as recommended by the surgeon or physicaltherapist. Such continuous passive motion can besafer than self movement.MD Orthopedics carries CPM units for all extremities.

Bracing

Post-operative bracing provides alternating flexion-extension movement and helps maintain the joints range of motion. MD Orthopedics offers bracing and splinting for all extremities. Custom bracing also available.

HME

MD Orthopedics provides a wide variety of HomeMedical Equipment including, but not limited to:Walkers, Commodes, Wheelchairs, Canes and Crutchesthat allow patients to maintain mobility and aid in thesafety of daily living activities during their recovery at home.

Pain Management Pumps

Pain Control Infusion Pumps may be used for themanagement of post-operative pain to aid in yourpain-free recovery. MD Orthopedics carries paincontrol infusion pumps from top manufacturers suchas LMA, Beeline, Stryker and On-Q.

Bone Growth Stimulators
