Craig Falk is the founder of Craig Cares, a Roseville, California company that provides caregivers to elderly who are still living in their own homes. His compassion, patience, and integrity are well suited to the challenges of home care.

He focuses on treating his caregivers and office staff with respect, generosity, and appreciation so that they can provide Craig Cares clients with the best home care possible.

Prior to founding Craig Cares in 2002, Craig worked for Cardinal Health in Folsom, California for 11 years. His work with Cardinal included extensive business travel. In fact, Craig had traveled to all 50 U.S. states by the time he was 30.

While at Cardinal, Craig managed teams of up to 30 professionals. While he loved Cardinal and his work there, Craig always wanted to have his own business and chose home care after asking friends what services were needed in the Sacramento area.

After over six months of rigorous research, Craig wrote a detailed business plan, and launched the business. At the begining, Craig hired a consultant, Ginny Kenyon, RN, who worked with him side-by-side to get started on the right track.

Craig Cares provided service to its first client the following week. The company has grown steadily with almost 100 active caregivers while providing service to over 750 clients since 2002. Craig loves working with seniors and those who share that love.

In 2006, Craig Cares was awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award by the Roseville Chamber of Commerce. Craig received his Bachelor's degree from California State University, Chico and his Master's Degree from San Francisco State University.

Craig lives with his lovely wife and two very active boys in Roseville.
