About Us
Bellaire Home Health Care is founded and locally owned by Vietnamese Trang Dawn Le and Jeni Hong Anh Nguyen in 2008. Both owners wanted to open a home health agency to service and educate the elderly Vietnamese community about their health and their Medicare/Medicaid benefits. Our agency is a home and community support services agency licensed by State of Texas and accredited with Joint Commission. We offer professional services designed to accommodate the needs of each patient according to the plan of care and the patient’s primary care physician. We are committed to working with you and your family as a team to best meet all of your home care medical and treatment needs. We believe the best place to receive treatment and recover is in the comfort of your own home.

Services
Skilled Services- are care consists of those services performed by licensed professional:
- Nursing – nurses evaluate your medical needs and provide a professional plan of care in coordination with your primary physican.
- Physical Therapy – will provide gait and transfer training, pain relief, muscle strengthening and home exercise program.
- Occupational Therapy – will provides therapuetic uses of work, self-care, and play activties to increase indepedent functions, enhance development and prevent disability.
- Speech Therapy – will provides treatment of defects and disorders of the voice, spoken and written communication.
- Medical Social Worker – assess your social factors, medical needs, and the availability of resources you will require.
- Medical Equipment and Supplies – we will help arrange for the use of hospital beds, wheelchair, walker, diabetic supplies, and other needed supplies.
Personal Care Services – are some of the most important home care tasks our caregivers perform. Cleaning and maintaining personal space helps maintain a sense of independence and pride—not to mention the fact that a clean home is a safe and healthy home.
