Bay Ridge Health Care Center is a quaint facility nestled in a small community of Annapolis, Maryland, known as Eastport. The center is an attractive, one-story brick facility that blends seamlessly with the surrounding houses in this quiet, residential neighborhood.
This historic area is located just minutes from the harbor, the State capitol and the well respected US Naval Academy. The center itself is easily accessible via Route 50, a major highway serving Annapolis. Bay Ridge Health Care Center is a high-tech healthcare facility providing, rehabilitation services, tracheostomy care, HIV+/AIDs care, etc.
It boasts a newly automated pharmacy dispensing system which facilitates accurate medication administration and is fully automated with its medical records, thereby facilitating better communication between doctors, nurses and the entire interdisciplinary team.
Bay Ridge Health Care Center is proud of its more than 10 full-time RN/BSNs, 1 full-time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners and 7 full-time Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists on staff!
We provide 24-hour skilled nursing care, inpatient rehabilitation therapies and a variety of other specialized medical services in all facilities to promote our residents' personal independence and quality of life.
