Biography

Sara Nolette has been working with older adults for nine years as a companion, activities director, social worker, and advocate. Six years ago, Sara first experienced the rewarding field of hospice, and since that time has worked in a variety of hospice roles, including social worker, bereavement coordinator, volunteer coordinator, community outreach coordinator, and clinical coordinator. Sara was part of the founding team of Hospice Care of America in Beaufort and has been with the company for a total of 5 years. Sara is a licensed master’s-prepared social worker (LMSW) and holds a graduate certificate in gerontology. Sara is the Administrator for three Lowcountry locations: Charleston, Beaufort, and Hilton Head.
