Biography
Pam Smith has been working with elderly patients in the Charleston, SC area for over 20 years. Pam has worked as Training Coordinator, Assistant Director of Nurses and Director of Nurses in several nursing homes. Three years ago, she started with SouthernCare Hospice as an RN Case Manager. After a year of providing direct patient care, she became the Admissions Coordinator. In addition to her role at SouthernCare. Pam is an instructor with the American Red Cross. She has served on the Roper-Berkeley Medical Center Advisory Board and the Red Cross Disaster Services Committee. Pam is a 1993 graduate of MUSC with a BSN. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Charleston Southern University and plans to graduate in December 2009.
