Biography
Cris Gillespie is executive director of Somerby of Mount Pleasant, an active retirement community located within the Park West community in Mount Pleasant. He holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from The Ohio State University. A native of Ohio, he has over 28 years of experience as a senior living executive. In 2008, he served as co-chair of the Charleston area Alzheimer’s Memory Walk. He is also a member of the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church and the East Cooper/Mount Pleasant Kiwanis club.
