Biography
Beth A. McDaniel is the principal of the Law Offices of Beth A. McDaniel, PLLC, in Renton, with a satellite office in Bellevue. Originally from Snohomish, Beth earned bachelor of arts degrees in communication and English writing (cum laude, 1990) from Seattle Pacific University, Seattle, Washington. Beth attended Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, where she earned her juris doctor degree along with a certificate from its nationally acclaimed Institute for Dispute Resolution (1995). Beth was admitted to the Washington Bar in 1995. She limits her practice to areas associated with estate planning including wills and trusts, disability planning, guardianship, elder law, and probate. Beth is a frequent speaker at seminars and continuing legal education programs. Beth is the 2006 outstanding member of the year of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and in 2005 was named a "Rising Star" by "Washington Law and Politics" magazine. Beth is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Greater Renton Chamber of Commerce, First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue, and Professional Women's Fellowship. She is currently the chair of the King County Bar Association Elder Law and Guardianship Section. She lives in Newcastle, Washington with her husband, Tim Siebersma, and her two children.
