• One-story architecture, no stairs or elevators
• Limousine – ride to your activities and appointments in style!
• Three home-style cooked meals and continuous dining from 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in our elegant dining room, 7 days a week
• Porches and patios – most apartments have their own separate outdoor space
• Ice cream parlor, serving both ice cream and popcorn
• All utilities, except for telephone. Cable TV provided.
• Cable Internet available at resident’s expense
• Weekly housekeeping and linen service (Full-laundry services available for a small additional cost; community washer dryer facilities available at no fee.)
• Trash pick-up Monday through Friday
• Apartment maintenance including plumbing, heating and air conditioning
• Solarium, TV and game rooms; exercise areas; craft center; library
• Salon and barber shop – a full range of services, reasonably priced
• Non-smoking throughout
• Pets, with payment of a one-time fee
• Covered parking, for an additional fee
• Emergency communications pendant available to every resident
• Staff available on-site 24/7 – all day, every day
• All in-house activities are free; trips outside the community are either free or reasonably priced

When you choose a Madison apartment home, you add the convenience of two bedrooms, each with its own full-sized bath and walk in closet. Perfect for a roommate or to share with guests and family. You’ll also enjoy a spacious living room with adjacent dinning area and full-sized kitchen. And you can choose an optional patio/garden.
