Union Regional Home Care is committed to providing compassionate care to patients as they recover in the comfort of their own home. Our professional staff delivers a wide range of healthcare services, from disease and medication management to rehabilitation services and wound care, and works with each patient to determine a care plan that's right for them.

Our home health services offer a sense of confidence for patients and families and are often more affordable than hospital care. In many cases, patients can be discharged earlier from the hospital when home care arrangements are made.

Home health services must be ordered by a physician. Services are administered by registered nurses, certified nurse assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical social worker, and will usually begin with 24 hours of obtaining a doctor's written permission. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, including holidays. Some of our services include:
