When a family member is acutely ill or recovering from illness or injury, our skilled and caring staff can provide experienced, compassionate care in the comfort of our patient’s home. Many of the services normally received in the hospital can now be administered at home, including physical therapy, IV therapy, wound care, ostomy care, catheter care and more. In addition, families in our area have come to depend on our exceptional Hospice staff and Lifeline emergency response. Our patients can take comfort in knowing that our compassionate staff provides support for our patients’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Founded as one of the first home health providers in the area, St. Joseph Home Health Care became Trinity Home Health in 2007. Trinity Home Health strives to meet each patient’s medical, social, and spiritual needs through a comprehensive array of quality, cost-effective services designed to maintain independence at home. In providing these intermittent services, we involve the entire family in the complete scope of our services. In addition, we offer services to those who need and qualify for services regardless of socio-economic status. We are dedicated to promoting the physical, emotional, and spiritual well being of our patients and all who come in contact with our agency. Being true to this commitment and our mission, we strive to demonstrate our belief in the dignity and worth of every individual and respect the rights of our patients.
