While you are welcome tocontinue going to the symphony, ballet and museums at your leisure, we'll also bring these and cultural forums to Town Village so you can enjoy the best seat in the house.

Independent Living Residents pay one low monthly fee. This covers the rent for your private residence, a flexible daily meal plan with up to two meals per day, all utilities (excluding telephone and cable),activities, transportation, housekeeping and maintenance services, 24-hour staffing as well as membership in our exclusive Cultural Guild.

When you’re ready for extra support, you can benefit from our on-site Personalized Assisted Living suites for help with activities of daily living such as medication management and bathing, grooming,dressing and other care that is provided the way you want it – we promise to "Respect Your Individual Preferences."
