Tierra Rose Senior Living Community

Tierra Rose has been providing quality care to seniors for almost 30 years. A family-owned business, we purchased Colonial Arms Nursing Home, a 46-bed facility in Salem, in 1980. In 1987-88 we designed and built Tierra Rose Care Center, a 76-bed Nursing Facility, on our 10-acre campus. Rosewood Court, a 50-bed Residential Care Facility, was built to our specifications adjacent to Tierra Rose. Opened in early 2003, Rosewood Court provides Alzheimer and dementia care in a secured setting.
Our community features beautifully furnished public areas, private and semi-private rooms, a park-like setting with walking paths and pond, and planned activities from movies and games to reading and discussion groups.

Rosewood Court is a beautiful Residential Care Facility in a secured setting that provides services to residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Rosewood Court was specifically designed to provide a safe environment while maintaining a gracious and home-like atmosphere.

Tierra Rose Care Center is an Intermediate Care (Nursing) Facility providing professional level nursing services to residents 24 hours a day. Most residents at this level of care have acute and/or chronic medical needs.

Tierra Rose Care Center provides this highly specialized care in a beautiful and supportive atmosphere. Our goal is to address all medical needs while individualizing care to cater to the resident’s social and emotional well-being.
