The Village is one of four Florida retirement communities owned and operated by Gainesville-based SantaFe Senior Living. SantaFe is dedicated to providing seniors high-quality housing, enriched lifestyle and healthcare options designed for their specific needs and interests.

Luxurious Clubhouse

The Tower Club is our property’s social centerpiece. Many residents visit daily to enjoy the numerous amenities, participate in a variety of programs or simply to relax and unwind with friends. The Tower Club is home to two sensational restaurants, our state-of-the-art fitness center, The Back 9 Lounge, our barber and beauty shop, a computer center, library, card room and more. The Tower Club is also home to the William E. Rion Auditorium, year-round host to speakers, musical performances and theme dinners and other events.

Delicious Dining

Dining is a key ingredient of any community and The Village takes the cake. In addition to our Lake House Dining Room, we also offer café-style and elegant fine dining options inside Tower Club. Residents enjoy a variety of delicious daily selections with incomparable service and charming surroundings.

The Great Outdoors

The Village’s 104-acre campus is beautiful all year around. Take in the sights as you stroll along our hiking trails or enjoy a dip in the hot tub or one of our two heated swimming pools. If you’re feeling a little more active, how about a game of tennis or maybe a little time on our putting green or bocce court?

Our comprehensive activities calendar provides tons to do on campus and off. In addition to aerobics classes, pool tournaments, gardening and other events around the property, theater nights, bowling trips and theme park excursions bring friends together for fun and laughter.

The Cypress

The Cypress offers luxurious independent living in three beautiful floor plans. All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and pantry, in-unit washer and dryer, digital thermostats, window treatments and more. Residents of The Cypress enjoy the many community areas located just steps away. These areas are designed for socializing, playing cards or just relaxing.

Magnolia Grand South

This four-story plantation style residence incorporates extensive use of light along with beautiful new residential interiors and amenity spaces. All Magnolia Grand South residences offer a private exterior entrance and large screen porches overlooking Ibis Landing as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and pantry, in-unit washer and dryer, digital thermostats, window treatments and more.

Magnolia Grand

With its architecture inspired by a Southern Plantation, Magnolia Grand apartment homes are designed to offer an abundance of natural light. All Magnolia Grand floor plans have a screened-in porch, many with beautiful views of Ibis Landing. Each of the 60 apartment homes comes complete with a full kitchen, custom cabinetry, living room, comfortable dining area and in-unit washer and dryer.

Tower Villas

Each of the 56 apartments comes complete with a full kitchen, custom cabinetry, living room, in-unit washer and dryer and large walk-in closets. Designed with a Mediterranean influence, Tower Villas residents enjoy living just a few steps - or one campus shuttle stop - away from The Tower Club, our luxurious clubhouse.

Lake House

Overlooking Gin House Lake, Lake House is our central community of 180 independent living rental apartments - the original property of The Village campus. Mail centers, laundry rooms and community living room areas ideal for playing cards and visiting with neighbors are located on each wing of Lake House.

Cottage Place

Cottage Place is a unique neighborhood of 45 detached cottage homes. This award-winning development offers traditional neighborhood living without the worries of home maintenance. Each cottage home is equipped with all the comforts one would expect to find in a luxury residence, including an oversized garage, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, custom cabinetry, ceiling fans and a covered porch.

Jasmine Pointe

For residents who require some assistance in daily living, The Village offers Jasmine Pointe, our newest addition to assisted living, offering 60 larger accommodations, many suitable for couples. In addition to having access to many other amenities at The Village, residents of Jasmine Pointe have their own dining room, reception lobby, recreation area, hair salon and more.

Rose Court

Our 50-room assisted living center, Rose Court, is designed for those who require some assistance in daily living. Residents decorate their private rooms with personal possessions and furnishings. The entire environment is designed for comfort, relaxation and recreation. In addition to access to many other amenities at The Village, Rose Court residents enjoy their own beautifully appointed dining room, living room and courtyard.
