Our traditional assisted living centers are designed to be a warm and caring home for those who still need a little extra support and assistance, but don't require the intensive services of a nursing center. Wellness programs, activities, socialization and personal care enhance residents' lives. Residents maintain control over their lives and their independence. Individual routines, interests and capabilities are respected through just the right level of support and personal care. It is the comforts of home without the work and worry. And many of the on-site amenities even go beyond what most could experience at home.

Our Arden Courts centers are dedicated to providing specialized Alzheimer's care in an assisted living setting. Many of our Heartland and ManorCare skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers provide Alzheimer's care for those patients in later stages of the disease. In addition, Heartland Hospice Services provides compassionate hospice care for families and patients experiencing the final stages of the disease.

We offer assisted living services in our Springhouse centers as well as in some of our Heartland and ManorCare skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Independent Living apartments are also available in several locations, which offer gracious apartment living with planned activities and social activities. Our Arden Courts Assisted Living centers are focused on providing care for Alzheimer's patients.
