Offering one and two bedroom apartments as well as studios, these luxury accommodations, combined with full services and amenities, make The Village a community designed to meet your preferences and needs.
The Village combines the privacy and independence of luxury apartment living with the companionship and convenience of a community. The two- story, elevator equipped complex houses 100 individual one and two bedroom and studio apartments.
Each apartment unit is designed for ease of living in beautiful surroundings and opens onto an interior mall with skylights and comfortable seating areas. Connected to the complex via a covered walkway is a spacious activities building. Inside you’ll find the main dining room, fully equipped restaurant-style kitchen, private lounges, meeting rooms, game and crafts room, and the beautiful garden room that overlooks the courtyard and lagoon. Here also is the communication area, with around-the-clock staffing.
This level of care is designed for residents who are basically independent and able to care for themselves in all areas of activities of daily living. Health care includes consultation, as well as limited monitoring and supervision.- Two meals per day with a selective menu
