Assisted Living

Assisted living at The Terrace at Bluegrass is designed for senior adults who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle but may need some additional assistance to do so.

Basic Services include:

• 3 delicious meals served daily
• 24-hour specially-trained on-site staff
• Engaging activities
• Apartment maintenance
• Weekly housekeeping and linen service
• Scheduled transportation
• All utilities paid*
• Emergency call systems in each apartment
• Modern fire detection systems

Personal Assistance Services

In addition to the Basic Services, additional levels of Personal Assistance are available and tailored to meet each resident's specific needs. Residents will be assessed prior to move-in and regularly thereafter, to determine which level of care is needed. Additional charges apply based on the Personal Assistance services provided.

Philosophy of Care
At The Terrace at Bluegrass Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, our goal is to provide the highest quality of life for each of our residents. Our memory care neighborhood is dedicated to our philosophy of social, psychological, spiritual, and physical well being of every individual.

Life Engagement
Our Life Engagement activities are designed to meet the needs of each resident. These programs are developed around each person’s specific interest, abilities, past history, and routine. Engagements flow throughout each day to promote cognitive, sensory, creative, and physical skill.

In addition, the program supports life skills, enhancing each resident’s ability for self-care. Life Engagements promotes and encourages individual activities such as setting the table, folding laundry, and arranging flowers.

By creating a familiar environment, The Terrace at Bluegrass memory care encourages everyone to participate in the activities of our community; which may include visiting with children from a neighborhood school, creative arts, or reminiscing about a favorite vacation.

Dining Services

Our commitment in Dining Services is for every resident, and their guests, to have a positive dining experience. We offer well presented, quality meals delivered by knowledgeable trained staff which are nutritionally balanced and supportive of the health and well-being of our residents.

At The Terrace at Bluegrass, we understand how important Dining Services is to our residents, and they’re the reason we are so committed. Involving our residents in the communication process allows us to be aware of and meet their expectations as well as accommodate for special dietary requirements.
