The Renaissance is a member of the renowned Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network, Cleveland's leader in senior care for more than a century.  Since the founding of the original Eliza Jennings Home in 1888, our not-for-profit organization has built a strong legacy as one of the area's largest, most trusted senior care providers.

Since 1995, The Renaissance has been accredited by CARF-CCAC, the accrediting body for CCRCs.  This mark of quality follows a rigorous process of self-assessment by The Renaissance staff, residents and Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network.  Accreditation is given only to continuing care communities that demonstrate excellence in resident life, health and wellness, financial resources and transparency, governance and administration.

Have friends or family coming to visit?  Have them stay with you in your own home.  Or better yet, offer them an on-site guest suite - for a small fee, they can stay close to your apartment or villa.

The Renaissance's continuum of care is designed to enhance your physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual health for many years to come.  Our myriad of healthcare service levels have been designed to suit your needs as they may change over time.

Home Health
The Renaissance is pleased to announce the addition of licensed home healthcare services through Eliza Jennings at Home.

Assisted Living
Professional staff is on duty 24 hours a day at Carol B. Hall Center, our secure, residential assisted living.  In-house clinical staff provides services from medication management through memory support care in one and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes.

Nursing and Rehabilitation
Whether you require temporary respite care, rehabilitation following a hospital stay, or long-term care, our experienced staff at The Renaissance Health Center embraces person-centered service.  The Renaissance Health Center is certified by both Medicare and Medicaid.

Hospice
Hospice care at The Renaissance is available through a variety of providers, including Hospice of the Western Reserve.  Rest assured your loved one will receive the highest level of comfort and care during the final stage of terminal illness.
