Paramount Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center "The Pointe" is a licensed 120-bed health care facility located near Houston in Webster, Texas.

We are the leading rehabilitation and skilled nursing center in the Webster area and provide high quality rehabilitation, skilled nursing and long term health care services.

Our center participates in Medicaid, Medicare Part A and B, Private Insurance, as well as selected HMO’s. Our health care team consists of a group of trained professionals that are experienced to meet the needs of each patient. From laundry and maintenance, to dietary and nursing, to administrative staff, we take pride in providing a friendly and caring atmosphere in a home-like setting for every individual visiting our center.

Each patient will receive an individualized treatment plan designed for optimal recovery. Our focus is on increasing functional independence and sending patients home or back to work as soon as possible. Weekly team meetings are held to review the care plan of the patient based on his/her progress and to evaluate the treatment plan for any needed adjustments.

Once the goals have been reached, or the team determines the patient has maximized his/her treatment potential, the patient will be discharged to his/her home or to an environment that will best meet his/her needs.

Extended Care Programs:

Our Extended Care Programs combine around-the-clock health care with the comforts of living at home. Our primary focus for the resident’s stay is to enhance the quality of life by providing a nurturing environment that helps our residents to stay active and healthy.
