We carefully nurture the unique life experiences each of our Memory Care residents carries within. Our supportive, specially trained staff keeps building on those experiences to keep residents fully engaged by a rich program of activities created exclusively for them.

The Plaza offers a special memory support program, which gives the best possible options for care of the mind. Our program is combined with personalized services, 16 spacious suites and a comfortable home environment, where our resident's photos and other keepsakes from the past figure prominently.

The Plaza is truly an experience that stretches the full potential of each of our residents. We believe in growing with our residents-and we want to see them do it-because their minds and spirits deserve to be cherished above everything else.
