With innovative programming including a non-secure early dementia program backed by research, we provide the most cutting-edge programming available. We also offer individualized care in our secured Reminiscence neighborhood. We are the only “Designated Care Manager” program in Louisville, where every resident receives assistance and medication administration provided by the same team member each shift.
