About Us
Sta-home Health & Hospice is here to help each one of our patients and their families through every aspect of home health or hospice care. Your needs and concerns are our top priority.
As the state’s largest and most trusted home health services provider, we treat more Mississippians every day than any other home health agency in the state. When you come under our care, you have the comfort of knowing our professional staff will work closely with your personal physician to develop a treatment plan just for you.
Our skilled team provides a wide variety of home health and hospice services, delivering compassion, comfort, and care to patients of all ages and all walks of life.
Services
Skilled nursing. Our registered nurses work under your doctor’s direction to provide care for a wide range of medical needs.

Physical therapy. Our certified physical therapists help patients regain physical function and improve their range of motion. Physical therapy helps patients adjust to walkers, wheelchairs, and artificial limbs. It is also useful for gait training and even pain control.
Occupational therapy. Occupational therapy helps patients learn to better perform activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Speech-language pathology. Our highly effective speech program enhances written, spoken, and nonverbal communication skills. Speech-language pathology helps patients enjoy greater independence and quality of life as they learn to use and comprehend language better.
Home health aides. Home health aides contribute to our patients’ health and well-being by helping them with personal care activities, such as grooming, bathing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Medical social services. Our medical social workers support patients and families with practical assistance for challenges they face and often connect families with additional community services.
Dietary counseling. Proper diet and nutrition improve health and can help control serious medical conditions. Our nutritionists counsel patients about their dietary needs.
Patient and family education. Our home care professionals help our patients and their family members better understand the treatment plan.
