St. John Towers for over 30 years has been Augusta’s faith based apartment community for those 62 and over. A Wesley Woods Senior Living, Inc. community.

Spacious one-bedroom apartments with living room, kitchen, bathroom and walk in storage closet.

Monthly rental rates are affordable with a month to month lease.

Rates include all utilities except telephone, and Cablevision is offered at a reduced rate.

We offer programs for low- and extremely-low income residents.

For those age 62 and older, St. John John Towers offers gracious living with all the amenities and services you need to enjoy life to its fullest … from wellness programs to maintenance services to healthy dining. All of the resources of St. John are available for your convenience, including continenal breakfast and lunch served in the dining hall. Additional services can include housekeeping and laundry.
