Woodside is an entrance-fee retirement community of independent residents who enjoy both the privacy of a spacious apartment and the pleasures of a community of energetic, sophisticated people. Woodside offers 52 studio, one and two bedroom apartments with spacious layouts, flexible for your tastes and needs. All of our apartments are stylishly modern and have fully equipped kitchens, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer connections plus more.
Ledgemont is designed with residents' comfort and convenience in mind. Our assisted living units are private studios or suites with private baths, individual climate controls and wall-to-wall carpeting. Services are overseen by the Director of Resident Care, a staff of four licensed nurses and 24-hour caregivers.

Allen House is an assisted living program for those with early dementia or related memory issues. Overseen by a licensed Program Director, Allen House has activities 7 days a week and features a safe yet secure setting. All staff have been specially trained in the care of people with memory loss. Offering private studios and personalized programs of daily activities, Allen House is the referral choice of geriatric care managers and other specialists in the field.
