For those seeking an alternative to traditional nursing home care, Southerland Place provides nurses on site around the clock for healthcare support and emergency response. Personalized care plans developed at the time of move-in are reviewed and updated regularly to maintain and enhance the quality of life and life satisfaction for every resident.

Additional services and levels of care may be provided as needed on a temporary or permanent basis at slight additional cost.

We’ve captured everything you need to live a fulfilling life—lush courtyard, spacious sunrooms, fireplaces, transportation, dining services and so much more. We have beauty salons and barbershops, spiritual services and recreational activities on our property.

Your comfort and health is our No. 1 concern. We have an RN/LPN and nursing assistant on staff 24 hours a day, as well as rehabilitation services.
