SonBlest Elder Care is licensed in Indiana as a personal services agency and is ranked one of the area's largest home care agencies by Business First Magazine (July 9, 2010). We are locally owned and operated, not a franchise. SonBlest Elder Care is an accredited business member of the Better Business Bureau and a member of One Southern Indiana. We have been providing services to Southern Indiana longer than any other non-medical in-home caregiver agency.

 All of our caregivers are carefully screened with local, state, and national criminal background checks and their references are checked as thoroughly as possible. Most of our caregivers have been doing this for many years.

• Companionship and conversation
• Help with light exercise
• Laundry
• Light housekeeping
• Meal planning, preparation and cleanup
• Medication reminders
• Personal care assistance, including:
• Bathing
• Dressing

• Toileting
• Running errands (sometimes extra charge)
• Supervision for safety
• Many other duties

All caregivers are carefully screened before being sent to their first job. We get local, state, and national background checks on them and check references as thoroughly as possible. We take this very seriously and do not use any caregivers we are not comfortable with. If you should ever have a problem please let us know immediately.

SonBlest provides service up to 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. We do have a three-hour per visit minimum (six outside Clark & Floyd counties). You decide on the days and shifts needed and we match the caregiver to your needs. SonBlest also provides around-the-clock service on all holidays if needed. We do charge time-and-a-half during the entire 24-hour period of the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Please let the office know ahead of time if you would like to change or cancel your service on these days or if you want to go with your regular schedule.
