Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services promotes the right of all individuals to live with dignity, in the setting of their choice by offering older people, younger people with disabilities, and caregivers the information, services and support needed to make choices which enhance health, well being and independence. While services are provided to eligible residents of Cambridge and Somerville, some services are available to residents of the Greater Boston area.
Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services provides the following array of in-home services and programs for seniors, caregivers, and younger people living with disabilities. Our Aging Information Center staff can help identify which services best suit your needs.
