Michele Innenberg has devoted her career to assisting seniors. Before starting Smooth Transitions®, Michele was Assistant Director of Community Options, where she provided programs and service referrals to help seniors continue living independently.
Michele started Smooth Transitions Cleveland LLC in June, 2004 after receiving training and licensing from Smooth Transitions® founder, Barbara Morris. With personal assistance and attention to every detail, Michele takes the guesswork and stress out of moving yourself or someone you love. Bonded and insured, Michele is a Board Member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) and a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS).
