Senior Home Care was formed with the mission to provide quality patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner while encouraging a lifestyle of independence. Since its inception in 1994, Senior Home Care has maintained a reputation for excellence and grown to be one of the largest providers of home health care services in the southeast. Through a variety of disease management programs and home care services, Senior Home Care’s highly-skilled clinicians and therapists facilitate independence for the senior population with complete care and compassion.

Senior Home Care acquired Med Tech Services in May of 2003. Med Tech Services of South Florida is a successful industry-leading Medicare-certified home health care company with extensive coverage in South Florida, including Broward, Palm Beach and Dade counties. Along with Med Tech’s strength, stability and reputation in the South Florida region, Senior Home Care was attracted to the company’s corporate culture, which is similar to Senior Home Care’s. Today, four offices in South Florida operate as Med Tech Services, and offer the comprehensive and compassionate care Senior Home Care customers have come to expect.

In 2007, Senior Home Care acquired Synergy Home Care. Synergy Home Care is a leading provider of home nursing services targeting the Medicare populations in Louisiana, with 18 branch offices presently. The company was founded over 15 years ago and expanded through acquisition and the opening of new locations. At the time of the Senior Home Care acquisition, Synergy employed over 600 highly-trained and motivated health care professionals who enthusiastically live the mission of providing unsurpassed quality patient care.
