Take the next step to helping your family enjoy a better quality of life
We would be happy to speak with you about how we can help your family! We will begin with a complimentary "assessment interview" where we meet with the family to provide additional information about Senior Helpers and discuss the potential client's needs and goals. We can meet in your home, your loved one's home, or our offices - whatever is most convenient for you!

Senior Helpers is there for you... when you need us the most
You want to be there every minute, but you can’t. Let us help! We can monitor your loved one while they are in the hospital so that you can get some rest. Our professional caregivers are available 24 hours a day to give you the peace of mind that your loved one is not alone.
Services can typically be provided in the following facilities
- Hospitals
- Nursing Homes
- Assisted Living Centers
- Continuing Care Retirement Communities
Benefits include
- A watchful companion for your loved one
- Peace of mind for you
- Access to "quick-start" home care services
Senior Helpers can help your loved one while they are in a facility and then provide care when they transition back to home.
Our peace of mind visit provides needed assistance with minimal interruption to your loved one’s normal “routine”
We understand that your loved one may not necessarily need three to four hours a day of home care services. We have developed a special program that caters to clients in need of a daily visit for a shorter amount of time. Our Peace of Mind Visit service provides your loved one with the help they need and gives you the peace of mind that a Senior Helpers caregiver is seeing your loved one on a daily basis.

Our Peace of Mind service is a 1-hour daily visit from five to seven days a week and is designed to provide assistance with the following activities:
- Check-In and conversation
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminder
- Hygiene assistance (where applicable)
This program offers minimal “interruption” in our client’s normal routine while giving the family peace of mind that someone is visiting them on a regular basis.
Our unique process
Our unique process begins with a complimentary in-home "assessment interview". We'll discuss your loved one's specific needs, as well as share information about our professional caregivers and our services. Some of the topics we cover are:
- Overview of our company, services and staff
- Your loved one's care needs and care plan design, including schedule
- Goals of the service for the family
- Pricing and payment methods
- Implementation process
- Ongoing follow-up plan

Registered nurse visit
After the initial assessment interview, if necessary (and where applicable), our Director of Client Care (a Registered Nurse) will meet with you to conduct a full nursing assessment and design a personal care plan just for your loved one.
Caregiver selection & care plan design
Next, we'll work to select one of our professional caregivers who's a perfect fit for your loved one. We "catalogue" our caregivers' experience, skill set and personality type and use that information to ensure a compatible match. A care plan will be created from the initial assessment and entered into our computer system.
Service implementation
Once we have found a good caregiver match, services will commence (usually within a few days of the initial assessment). A representative from Senior Helpers will contact you to confirm the caregiver, care plan and service start date.
Ongoing follow-up
We have experienced and dedicated office staff that understands how to deliver quality and compassionate care. Our Director of Client Care and/or Client Service Manager oversees our companion and licensed aides, and visits your loved one on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the care plan. If there is an emergency or scheduling issue, we have someone on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that can handle the situation. We also have a continuous supply of excellent caregivers who are ready in case your caregiver falls ill or has an emergency. Plus, since all of our caregivers are our employees, we handle their compensation, insurance and benefits.
