We offer our Life Care Contract residents a wide array of health care services with an emphasis on wellness. Individual wellness plans are developed to promote successful aging. Your Life Care Contract provides future health care in the Seabury Wellness Clinic, Assisted Living in The Views, Assisted Living in our Memory Support Center (Seabury Meadows), and Long-Term Nursing care in our on-site Health Center at no additional nursing care cost.
