About Us

Located on the west side of Jacksonville, our facility was built in 2005, and our experienced administrators have owned-and-operated several adult living facilities, or ALFs, in the past. With 24-hour certified caregivers on site, we can will help your loved ones get settled into their new home at San Juan Retirement.  Our residents also have the opportunity to socialize and get to know one another within our common dining, fellowship, and fun-filled activity areas!
