Assisted living at Rosemont at Clearlake is designed for senior adults who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle but may need some additional assistance to do so.

Basic Services include:

• 3 delicious meals served daily
• 24-hour specially-trained on-site staff

• Emergency call systems in each apartment

In addition to the Basic Services we provide each of our residents, Rosemont at Clearlake also offers Personalized Assistance Plans.

Life Engagement
Our Life Engagement activities are designed to meet the needs of each resident. These programs are developed around each person’s specific interest, abilities, past history, and routine. Engagements flow throughout each day to promote cognitive, sensory, creative, and physical skill.

In addition, the program supports life skills, enhancing each resident’s ability for self-care. Life Engagements promotes and encourages individual activities such as setting the table, folding laundry, and arranging flowers.

By creating a familiar environment, Rosemont at Clearlake memory care encourages everyone to participate in the activities of our community; which may include visiting with children from a neighborhood school, creative arts, or reminiscing about a favorite vacation.
