What's Telehealth?
Roper St. Francis Home Care is the first agency in the Tri-county area to offer a telehealth program.
This innovative technology allows the home health staff to remotely monitor and educate the patient/
family on their healthcare status. The telehealth monitor provides a means for assessing the patient’s
status on a daily or more frequent basis to identify changes in their health condition.
Roper St. Francis Home Care accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances. Along with your doctor, we will coordinate the care you need in the home setting to optimize your recovery. Roper St. Francis Home Care is available 24 hours a day.
