About Us

Our center is located in Eastern Jefferson County on 11 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. We offer skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy to adults of all ages who need short- or long-term care as well as specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. We also offer assisted living residences for older adults who need help but who wish to remain independent. These private apartments are designed for people with healthcare concerns who may require assistance with some daily tasks but who do not need full-time nursing care. In addition to providing a range of quality healthcare services, we strive to meet the social needs of our patients and residents through recreational programs that include field trips, transportation to local businesses and special events.

Assisted Living

For seniors who need a little help in handling the daily tasks of living, our assisted living centers strive to provide a caring community in which individuals can thrive while remaining independent. Their home-like environment includes customizable living units in a variety of floor plans with housekeeping services available.

Residents may schedule their days to be as busy or as quiet as they prefer. Daily activities provide a myriad of choices, from art and fitness to educational programs. Salon and barber services are also available. Scheduled transportation can take residents to the area shopping mall or to the local theater to catch the latest movie.
