About Us

ProCare’s founders are Kimberly Thompson and Marge Luisser.  Together they bring over 30 years of home care experience and 26 years of corporate experience.

“We have been on the receiving end of home care.  We have personally felt the frustration of getting lost in the shuffle of corporate providers.  Our day-to-day, heart-felt goal is to provide compassionate home care where our clients are valued individually and every effort is made to anticipate and fulfill their needs.  When you are physically and/or mentally challenged you need aggressive, compassionate, and complete care.  That’s why we created ProCare Home Health Services.”
 

Our Services

• Skilled Nursing- Registered Nurses as well as Licensed Vocational Nurses perform a variety of specialized and highly ProCare’s registered nurses are the case managers – they teach and advise the patient and family members, coordinate the treatment plan with the other team members and communicate with the patient’s physician and family.
•  Home Health Aides- are’s Home Health Aides operate under the supervision of ProCare’s Director of Nursing to help people through times when getting around the house is too difficult to handle by themselves.
• Medical Social Workers-Social Work Services are a vital component of our home health care program. Our goal is to improve or maintain the social, emotional, functional and physical health status of each client while enhancing the coping skills of the family and other care givers.

Therapy Services

• Occupational Therapy- ProCare’s registered occupational therapists provide activities and instruction designed to increase safety and independence in daily activities as well as functional use of each client’s arms and legs.
• Speech Therapy- ProCare’s certified speech pathologists are an integral part of the rehabilitation team, with expertise in the management of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Physical Therapy-  ProCare’s licensed physical therapists provide evaluation and treatment of clients experiencing acute onsets or flare-ups of various neurological, bone or muscular disorders.

• Specialty Nursing- ProCare’s Specialty Nursing Services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of professional nurses who are experts in their respective fields. Their unique, specialized training enables ProCare to provide a comprehensive array of skilled nursing services.
