About Us

Pioneer Estates is a residential care home that offers 24 hour assisted living services. Our newly renovated home is intimate; allowing us to provide individualized and loving care for 10. Our mission is to provide assisted living services in a home-like setting so that seniors may age comfortably and with dignity in the community. We are truly a "home away from home".

The concept of residential care is not new and Pioneer Estates has been serving seniors for over 12 years! We are an alternative to nursing home and big assisted living sites.

Services

24 hour "awake" staff to offer assistance and supervision for residents with the following needs:

MEMORY ISSUES:

For residents with Alzheimer's and related dementias, staff are trained to understand and accommodate for the symptoms of the disease that may be manifested in behavioral problems or difficulty with communication and personal cares.

PHYSICAL DISABILITIES:

Staff provide cueing and minimal assistance up to maximum assistance and 2 person transfers. Resident are helped with bathing, dressing, feeding and incontinence care, as needed. Residents are accepted with ambulation devices, such as walkers and wheelchairs. With RN oversight and work with physicians, staff are able to provide complex care like oxygen administration,
wound care and sliding scale insulin.

HOSPICE CARE:

At this critical juncture, residents are able to remain at Pioneer Estates and receive "end of life care." Residents and families are well accommodated during this time to ensure a dignified and meaningful experience.
