About Us
Personal Alert was was established in Denver, Colorado in 1980 and has been providing quality and affordable medical alarms ever since. In 1986 we went national and began providing services to all 50 states.
Personal Alert is referred by health care providers and doctor's country wide.
As of 2010 Personal Alert still has 70% of it's original employees providing us with many years of combined experience, knowledge and expertize.
Our redundant central stations provide for your safety in case one of our facilities is unable to operate fo any reason.
Our pricing is set once your system is installed your price stays the same, unlike many companies that give you the first 3 months cheap than raise the price if you wish to pay month to month.
The Instant Care system

The Instant Care system.
In an emergency
- Press the RED (Emergency) button.
- Your emergency response system is activated.
- Our Emergency Care Specialist will talk to you through the Instant Care Console. If this is a medical emergency, or if you do not respond, Emergency Medical Teams are dispatched to your home.
- Our Emergency Care Specialist will then try and make contact with the people on your contact list.
Description and Features
When you press your Two-Button Remote our Instant Care Console is immediately activated and seizes your phone line. The console is a state-of-the-art device that directly connects you to our 24-hour Emergency Response Center or to our 24-hour Nurse-Line Call Center. Some of the features are:

- Very sensitive Microphone (we can hear you anywhere in your home)
- Large Emergency Button on the Console
- Nurse-Line Call Button on the Console
- Integrated Battery Backup System (you are covered even if the power goes off)

Plug Console into electrical wall socket
Plug phone line wire into phone jack (phone line wire supplied and ready to plug into jack)
