Life Care

Life Care at Oak Hammock means you can live independently without worrying about the future. We offer a modified life care contract that provides unlimited access to private accommodations in our Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Support residences, if ever needed.

For a one-time entrance fee and an ongoing monthly fee, Oak Hammock members have complete peace of mind – knowing that should they ever need long-term care, it is there for their lifetime. We offer a number of options that enable you to choose the plan and the residence that works best for you - even if you need unlimited care in our Health Center. And, that translates into significant savings compared to what comparable, high-quality care would cost elsewhere in the Gainesville area.
