Welcome to Nurturing Care Assisted Living in Minnetonka, MN.  We are so glad you found us.  Unlike a nursing home, we offer all-inclusive care to a small number of residents so it feels like family.  You will find that at Nurturing Care, our home is your home.

Nurturing Care offers you full-service, all-inclusive 24 hour care in a private residence.  We are nestled in a quiet and peaceful Minnetonka neighbourhood surrounded by gardens, trees and wildlife, yet close to community activities.  Our prime Twin Cities location allows us to offer some of the best community amenities of any assisted living.  We truly do bring a new standard to assisted living.

Our philosophy of service focuses on each resident as an individual.  We encourage an active and independent senior lifestyle while respecting your dignity and desire to maintain your privacy.  We work with you and your family to develop a care plan that is tailored specifically to your needs.

Nurturing Care provides assisted living services, memory care including Alzheimer’s care, respite care and adult day care services. Once inside you will feel the warm, family atmosphere and understand why others have chosen to call us home.

Our Approach

Residents receive a whole life experience, improving aspects of their physical, emotional and social well-being.  Individualized treatment programs are tailored to each resident, based on objectives identified by their physician and agreed upon by the resident and applicable family members.  Each resident has a variety of physical, spiritual, emotional and social needs.  Each resident is so unique that the goal of our caregivers is to be sensitive and responsive to the special requirements of each individual and family.

Long Term Care

We provide 24-hour care with awake overnight staff.  With our home-like environment that is safe and secure, your loved one will enjoy all we have to offer.  We have a full menu of nutritious meals, snacks and beverages with a dedicated staff to assure your needs are met. A personal care plan will provide direction to how your loved one will be cared for at Nurturing Care.
