About Us
Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge in New Hope, MN has a rich history of providing quality care to seniors since 1966. We are a specialized senior health care and senior housing community. Our Continuum of care offers a variety of services: Senior Apartments, Assisted Living, Adult Day Program, Complex/Transitional Rehab Care, Long Term Care and secured areas for those with memory impairment.

Dementia Care
Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge offers quality Alzheimer's and dementia care in the Minneapolis area. Residents with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia benefit from the security provided in this Medicare-certified area located in New Hope, MN. Bridgeway South is designed for the needs of seniors who undergo psychological and behavioral changes. Staff members receive training and on-going education to assure attentive and responsive care. The unit is divided into two separate areas. Wings 100 and 200 are designed to meet the needs of residents with cognitive losses. The 300 and 400 wings are designed for the higher functioning resident that is experiencing cognitive loss and would benefit from a secured area. Bridgeway South Activity Programming provides unique, structured activities specifically designed for the resident with dementia. Guests are also welcome to use one of the family lounges during their visits.
Assisted Living
Levels of Care
Level A – Includes all utilities & local phone, all meals, housekeeping, personal laundry/linens, daily monitoring, weekly bath (includes non-diabetic nail care), *medication management, **lab management, daily activities. Individual has minimal physical impairment. Is able to perform much of own self care. Continent of bowel & bladder or able to manage with no assistance.
Level B – Includes Level A. Physical impairment has now affected the individuals ability to perform own self care independently. Assistance with daily dressing/grooming and personal hygiene. Staff providing verbal cueing/reminders for ADL’s.
Level C – Includes Level A & may include B. Physical impairment continues to affect the individual’s ability to perform their own self care. Requires daily assistance with incontinence management.
Level D – Includes Level A, may include B & C. Physical impairments significantly affects the individual to perform their own self care. Requires a 1 person transfer.
*Medication management includes: communication with MD, processing MD orders, pharmacy ordering & recording medications, assist with administration of oral medications.
