Our 125 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.

North Auburn Rehabilitation & Health Center has been serving the entire Puget Sound region since 1967. We are conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood near a variety of shopping centers and community parks. We are next door to Parkside Retirement and Assisted Living Community and two miles from Auburn Regional Medical Center. Our facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
