NHC Farragut's Health Care Center has a total of 90 beds consisting of 68 private rooms and 11 semi private rooms. The facility is immaculately decorated with rich colors and stylish decor. Each room provides spacious comfort for the patient with state of the art equipment, high-speed wireless Internet service and DVD players.

NHC Farragut's Rehabilitation Unit meets the special needs of sub-acute level patients requiring 24 hour skilled nursing care combined with physical, occupational and speech therapies. Specialized services include rehabilitation treatment for orthopeadic patients who have undergone total joint replacements whether knee, hip or shoulder is involved.

 

Rehabilitation for other diagnosis such as orthopeadic surgeries or reconstruction, spinal cord injury, post acute tramua services, neurological trauma or neurological disorders, cardiovascular trauma or status post cardiac bypass, musculoskeletal conditions or lower back and neck trauma are frequently among our patient population.

 

Your skilled nursing plan of care incorporates all of your therapy rehabilitation plus nursing services. Whether your needs are short term or intensive, your plan of care is individualized to your specific needs and doctor's orders and direction. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and to ensure that you recover to your fullest potential with excellent patient care.

NHC Farragut Skilled Care Unit provides skilled nursing care to medically complex patients who require 24/7 nursing care services. Patients in this unit receive services based on intensity of need and any technical components needed for their care. Supervision is available for activities of daily living including help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, incontinence care, transfers and medication management. Technical components may include the use of intraveneous therapy, feeding tubes, colostomies, wound care, and inhalation therapy care. 

 

Our Skilled Care Unit offers both private suites, private rooms and semi-private rooms. Amenities include cable TV and local phone service. The unit provides in room dining or dining in the central dining room, individualized and group activities seven days a week, and a private dining room for special occasions.
