NHC Place Farragut is all about choices. On one beautiful campus, NHC Place offers three tiers of care for older adults. This campus community includes 84 apartments for Assisted Living, as well as a Skilled-Care Unit and a Rehabilitation Nursing Unit.
Choose from six different floor plans featuring private apartments of all sizes. Choose the décor of your apartment, surround yourself with your favorite furniture, books and pictures. Choose from home-style and gourmet menus featuring our chef's favorites like pan-seared duck breast served with a peach pan sauce or country-fried steak with sawmill gravy, and always an assortment of side dishes and delicious desserts.

Level II
- All Level I services and amenities
- Assistance with bathing and hygiene up to 7 times a week
- Assistance with dressing and undressing up to 7 days a week
