This Continuing Care Retirement Community provides a huge array of services and options that meet your retirement lifestyle needs, including Independent Living and home care. Should one ever need them, we also provide health care services in conjunction with our esteemed neighbors, the University of Chicago Medical Center, that include Assisted Living, rehabilitative skilled care, and long-term skilled care.

As part of our recent expansion and renovation program, many of the apartments at Montgomery Place with commanding views of Lake Michigan have been totally renovated with careful thought and planning. One of the most distinctive areas at Montgomery Place is the Catered Living Memory Support neighborhood, offering services for those with early-stage cognitive impairment. All programs are certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Individuals are supported by a dedicated staff of professionals trained in the art of working with residents experiencing memory loss.
