Our beautiful continuum of care community is located on an historic 80-acre estate overlooking the Minnesota River Valley in Bloomington, MN. Not only does the Masonic Home assisted living and skilled nursing care facility offer beautiful landscape, we offer multiple senior housing and care choices for you or your loved one.

We offer independent senior living, assisted living, Alzheimer's/Dementia care, long-term care for extended care and rehabilitation, transitional care for short-term rehabilitation, out-patient therapy, rehabilitation services, and massage therapy to those in need regardless of Masonic affiliation.

At the Minnesota Masonic Home, all of our private and semi-private rooms have been designed with comfort in mind to provide a gracious, secure and dignified lifestyle for your loved one.

Masonic Square's single level garden homes appeal to seniors who want the freedom of independent living without the worries of home ownership. Masonic Square residents enjoy the privacy of their own home along with the flexibility of a beautiful rental neighborhood.

All of our independent living garden homes feature:

• Single car attached garage
• Appliances including stove, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher and washer and dryer
